I pre-book taxi with plenty of notice and yet every single time.. taxi arrives 10 min late! I almost missed my train twice. They always send me these giant 7 seaters cars where I always struggle to open/ close the sliding door! The App layout and search criteria need to improve. The only thing I like is their SMS notification service.. it's much reliable than the App.

Used this company for years, and recently the service has been shocking. Taxis turn up consistently late, even when booked hours in advance. Have been late to work and missed trains on multiple occasions. Once I rang up to ask where my taxi is and the fella rudely tells me I should've called to book instead of using the app- why have the bloody app then? Shame, they used to be good and the drivers are lovely but the management is extremely poor now. No customer appreciation/ loyalty whatsoever.

The app is stable, good thing that we can select properly the locations, for example I need just a road not the Hospital which is marked as being the road. Timing is good and the tracking seems to work properly.
